Performance management consultancy There Be Giants has chosen Six & Flow to help accelerate their growth across the digital and creative sector both in the North West and further afield.
Manchester-based There Be Giants is known for helping introduce fast-growing businesses to better ways of scaling and preparing for growth. The consultancy was established in 2010 in response to the growing dissatisfaction with traditional performance management, and a desire for culture-led growth in the fast paced environment of the start-up world.
The team applies its extensive experience in business coaching, consultancy, agile project management and OKRs to develop unique business growth strategies for a range of clients, including Steamhaus, Candidsky and Sport Scotland.
“New workforces are looking for different motivators, and businesses need to grow with more agility in a constantly shifting business landscape,” explains There Be Giants founder Roger Longden.
“According to our own industry research, 79% of senior managers believe performance management is viewed negatively in their organisation, and 60% believe their approach to performance management doesn’t help them to achieve their business objectives either.”
“As a member of the digital community ourselves, we’ve seen first-hand the impact on teams and performance There Be Giants has,” comments Six & Flow Managing Director, Rich Wood.
“Roger and the team offer something that can make a real difference to agency performance, from culture through to process. We’re very proud to be working with them, widening their client base through inbound marketing.”
