Locate Properties, a Bradford-based estate agent, has relocated to a new purpose-built office with support from a six-figure funding package from HSBC.
The property agent, established in Bradford in 2004, was originally based in the outskirts of the city. As the business developed it needed greater space and a stronger presence in the city centre to continue to attract new clients and position itself at the forefront of the Bradford property market. With financial support from HSBC, the firm redeveloped a previously derelict building in North Parade into a modern and attractive office space.
The larger premises has allowed the business to create three new jobs and is expected to increase turnover by 25% over the next 2 years.
In addition, the redevelopment also incorporates the upper floors, which have been converted into three fully-furnished, smart-media-enabled one-bedroom apartments.
