Innovative Yorkshire based PPE company, ProGARM, is this week announcing major business success, as it adds global brands Siemens Gamesa, Murphy, and MHI Vestas to its growing client base.
Having already experienced a buoyant year packed with new appointments and a planned expansion into the European safety industry, the news further cements ProGARM’s as the leading manufacturer of Arc Flash protective clothing in the UK.
The Siemens Gamesa contract sees ProGARM working with the renewable energy company on a global scale to ensure all its service technicians are offered an effective solution to the lethal dangers posed by Arc Flash.
Construction giant Murphy has specified ProGARM throughout its sites where civil and ground works expose workers to Arc Flash as a risk, while the success continues with a further appointment worth £170,000 in new business across Europe, with wind turbine specialist, MHI Vestas.
The contract wins demonstrate the company’s continuous growth, and ever-expanding team, while ProGARM will be launching new products over the coming months – further strengthening the company’s position as an innovator in the Arc Flash and safety fields.
Tony Arnett, Managing Director at ProGARM, comments: “Our company has grown from strength to strength as we see growing awareness to Arc Flash. As such a dangerous and often fatal accident, it’s so important that employers protect their work force accordingly. We’re delighted that our new clients have done exactly that, not least as it further strengthens our position as a leading supplier across the UK and Europe.”
The new Arc Flash, Flame Resistant and Anti-Static garments set to launch will protect contractors in the petrochemical, utilities and power generation, rail and industrial electrical industries from fatal or life changing injuries, caused by extreme electrical explosions.
