Leading international recruitment firm Jackson Hogg has recently made four key hires to expand its service offering.
The Newcastle-based recruitment specialist has secured Jo Rawlinson as Senior HR Recruitment Consultant, along with the appointments of Graydon Winter as its Head of International IT, Fern Couchman as Head of Finance and Jill Mallinson as HR Partner.
Graydon Winter has joined Jackson Hogg’s growing international team to head up its IT recruitment in the East Coast of the USA. Graydon joins after a successful career with a large international recruitment firm and is set to hit the ground running in delving deeper into the large technology markets of America’s East coast.
Having been focused on the engineering, manufacturing and technology sectors since its inception in 2012, Jackson Hogg is seeking to bolster its breadth of capabilities by developing specialist HR and Finance recruitment teams in order to further develop its recruitment offering for its diverse range of clients. Jo Rawlinson joins the firm as Senior HR Consultant and has already made some key hires with Jackson Hogg for their clients in the North-east.

Fern Couchman has joined Jackson Hogg after a successful career as a Managing Consultant of a Regional Finance Team. She brings with her a fluency in Mandarin, further expanding Jackson Hogg’s linguistic capabilities to 6 foreign languages.
Hot on the heels of the launch of its Resource Partnership offering, Jackson Hogg has also made a key hire in Jill Mallinson as HR Partner. Jill will be managing the launch of Jackson Hogg’s HR Partnership Offering, enabling clients to outsource their HR needs from operational delivery of HR services, project work and consultation to full HR outsourcing.
Of the new offering, Jill said: “I’m very excited to develop this new service offering at Jackson Hogg. We recognise that it is not always easy to stay ahead of the curve in the ever-changing world of HR, and as the field continues to grow and develop, businesses often find that they require some extra support in delivering a quality HR service to their employees.
