LION+MASON kicks off a series of relaxed, informative events for digital product design professionals

Leeds and London-based digital product design agency LION+MASON kicked off a series of educational networking events with a buzzy evening at The Carriageworks last week. Building on the success of similar events as part of the Leeds Digital Festival, DX Shots by LION+MASON are a relaxed series of informative events for professionals in the digital product design industry.

The DX Shots launch event last night was compered by LION+MASON’s Managing Director Andy Curry. The short seminar featured talks from expert guest speakers John James, Head of Product (Payments & Collections) at OVO, and Sophie Copley, Co-Founder of Little Journey as well as refreshments, networking opportunities and practical advice related to:

  • Product Design
  • Service Design
  • Customer/User Experience
  • UX/Visual Design
  • User research/Testing

Founder Andrew Machin said: “We recognised there was a great opportunity to engage with the digital product community in Leeds and wanted to create an event that enabled a platform for discussion around challenges, trends and success stories from the area. So far the response has been incredible and we look to build on its success.”
