Yorkshire’s leading healthcare service provider, LivingCare Group, has launched corporate healthcare services to help Yorkshire businesses better look after the wellbeing of employees.
The growing healthcare group now offers corporate services including surveillance and preventative care such as annual check-ups, access to GPs, occupational health, as well as specialist care at its Thorpe Park clinic in Leeds, from as little as £25 per employee.
This service has been launched after research has shown that 42% of staff would give up, on average, 3.3% of their wage for access to private healthcare*. As part of the corporate offering, workplace wellbeing initiatives are also available to provide employees with the information and support they need to best look after their health.
Partners that sign up to LivingCare’s programme are allocated a dedicated patient coordinator to provide a bespoke package that suits their business needs. The patient coordinator ensures the level of care is right for patients, as well as directly taking bookings, referrals and enquiries.
LivingCare has also extended opening hours to evenings and weekends in order to meet the need of patients who struggle to arrange GP appointments that don’t conflict with working hours. Having access to care in a timely manner, under no NHS time restrictions, and at a time that suits them can take stress off employees and improve their overall wellbeing.

Set corporate packages start at £25 per person for the basic health prevention and surveillance package, and range to £600 per person for the Executive Heath Check package. As well as set packages, there are also flexible options available so that the level of healthcare is tailored for a business and its employees.
