Miller Homes, one of the UK’s largest national house builders, has appointed Paul Coggins as its new Land Director covering the North West region. The appointment is part of Miller Homes’ strategy to acquire more land across the region in order to fulfil the demand for its award winning homes.
Paul joins the business with 17 years’ experience in the housebuilding industry, most recently as Senior Land Manager at Redrow Homes Lancashire. Paul started in the sector in 2001 following the completion of his undergraduate degree in Estate Management, Master’s degree in Property Investment and Development and becoming an APC qualified Chartered Surveyor.
In his new role, Paul will be responsible for the company’s new land opportunities and securing new deals and planning processes in order to bring more award-winning, in-demand new homes to the North West. Working alongside Miller’s technical, commercial and sales teams in order to ensure all operational contributions are co-ordinated into the land acquisition procedure.
Miller Homes currently have 7 active developments across the North West, including the latest openings in Catterall and Blackburn. Miller Homes have been bringing more new homes to Lancashire to meet the current demand for quality housing.
