Miller Homes Builds 200 Extra News Homes In Drighlington

A West Yorkshire community is set to benefit when leading housebuilder, Miller Homes, launches a new development of 200 homes in a village where its properties have already been snapped up.

Miller Homes has recently sold all homes at its Kings Mews development in a little under a year and had similar success at its The Brookes development a few years ago in the village of Drighlington. It is now set to launch Kings Park, which will see the first 24 plots become available from this Saturday, 19th September 2020.

“Our homes have always been incredibly popular in this area and we are delighted to be able to launch another selection of properties to help the community find a brand new home to suit their individual requirements,” said Natalie Moore, Sales Manager, Miller Homes Yorkshire. “Initially, just 24 plots will be available giving a choice of three and four bedroom homes with more planned for next year.”

The development sits behind the existing Kings Mews development off King Street and will open its doors for visitor appointments from 19th September with its online reservations option also available. Prospective buyers will be able to view specific property details and speak with our Development Sales Manager from the existing show home and sales centre at Kings Mews. Visits will be by pre-booked appointment only to ensure compliance with current Government guidelines.

“Our show home at Kings Mews is sure to inspire buyers and we look forward to creating a new show home for Kings Park early in 2021,” said Natalie. “We look forward to welcoming prospective buyers and helping them find their brand new Miller home.”

Kings Park is located at King St, Drighlington, BD11 1EJ.
