National housebuilder Miller Homes, who are currently building homes at their Novus development in Stretford, celebrated a very successful pre-launch event on the 27th November. It was a fantastic turnout with high anticipation for the new homes.
Held at Old Trafford Cricket Ground, the second pre-launch event saw several reservations taken for the much sought-after Novus Development. A total of 10 reservations have been taken across the two pre-launch events, a huge achievement before the official public launch in January.
Guests enjoyed the opportunity to meet Development Sales Managers and find out more about the highly anticipated development, which is scheduled for completion in 2024.
Ideally located between two major gateways into Manchester city centre, Novus is a stylish development of brand-new homes on the former Itron gas meter factory in Stretford. Offering a mix of two, three and four bedroom homes, as well as one and two bedroom apartments, Novus is ideal for both families and young professionals seeking stylish city centre living.
The development will be finished to Miller Homes’ award-winning build standards and will boast high quality fixtures and fittings as standard throughout. The development has easy access to the bustling centre of Manchester as well as an array of local shops, with excellent access to schools and local transport links too.
Clare Noakes, Sales Director for Miller Homes in the North West, said: “We’re thrilled with the success of our second pre-launch event, and it was great to interact with prospective local homebuyers in the area. Having taken 10 reservations from two pre-launch events already, we know this development is going to be a popular one.”
The public launch for Novus is set to take place in January 2020.
