A Leading North-East based digital agency has undergone an exciting company rebrand. Darlington based Geonet Solutions yesterday unveiled their new identity at a launch event at Middleton Lodge.

After careful consultation with staff, clients and the wider business community, Geonet Solutions has rebranded to Hush Digital. Hush officially unveiled their new brand to their clients yesterday (28 March 2019) at a reception which showcased their new look and ethos with a selection of exciting projects.

The leading agency was originally set-up back in 1997 and in 2010 the current Creative Director, Jonny Overfield, purchased the company with his Father, Mike Overfield. Over the last 22 years, the team at Geonet changed the way that websites are built, offering a completely bespoke design solution for some of the region’s leading organisations including Tees Valley Combined Authority, Nifco UK and Darlington Borough Council.

The management team at Hush was further bolstered by the appointment of Business Development Director, Rosie Whelpton in 2014.

The rebrand was something that Jonny and Rosie had a great passion for, “The previous name was inherited and it was something that we wanted to update for a long time. The original name was created to suit a slightly different service offering and it now no longer fits with what we do on a daily basis,” said Jonny when talking about the decision to rebrand.

Jonny added, “We are referred a number of times as ‘digital’s best-kept secret’, which struck a chord with us and helped us form the new brand, Hush Digital.

“We didn’t want to lose our heritage or history, as we appreciate we wouldn’t be where we are now without it. We have kept some highlights of our recognisable pink and our much-loved nickname of the ‘Bots.”

Rosie added, “Hush Digital perfectly encapsulates what we do. We do digital differently, we do it properly, and we let our work do the talking.”

Hush Digital is now looking forward to another year of exciting growth under the new brand with ambitious goals to change the way that digital is done.
