Allcott Commercial is pleased to announce the appointment of Pete Ewbank MRICS, C.Build E MCABE, MCIOB as Associate Partner at the firm. Previously an Associate Director at AECOM, an international infrastructure consulting firm, Pete will be building on the growing commercial surveying market in the North-West, allowing Allcott Commercial to support a greater number of clients in the region.
Having worked at large national and international firms for most of the past decade, Pete was looking to join a practice with an ethos that was less corporate and more personal than his previous firms. Having come across our advertisement on LinkedIn, it became clear that the role at Allcott’s would allow Pete to be involved in a variety of commercial building surveying and project work, landlord and tenant surveys and expert witness work. As Pete said himself, this work would be ideally suited to his experience, background and interests.
As Matthew Baker, Commercial Partner explained “With a breadth of experience that includes dilapidations, party wall work, contract administration and pre-acquisition surveys, Pete has the expertise to support both our existing and prospective clients in the Manchester area.”

Pete is Allcott’s eighth hire in 12 months, testament to the current buoyancy of the property market and particularly, the commercial sector.
Pete, who is based between Stockport and Altrincham, will split his time between Allcott’s Manchester and Liverpool offices. He will join Allcott Commercial on Monday 17 May 2021.
