Sheffield financial planners continue growth with promotion

Emma Baumback

Sheffield financial planning firm Future Life Wealth Management has promoted a member of the team as the company continues its growth plans.

Emma Baumback, 28, has been promoted to a financial advisor after achieving an advanced diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

In her new role, Emma will be responsible for researching, assisting and providing financial advice to Future Life’s clients.

She said: “I am really excited for the new challenge ahead and hope to bring the experience and skills I have gained throughout my career to Future Life.

“I’ve really enjoyed my time so far and I hope I can continue to contribute towards helping Future Life provide a strong and valued service to its clients. It’s clear to see how ambitious and driven everyone is in helping the company progress.”

Future Life Wealth Management is based in Renishaw and offers a bespoke financial planning service to generators of wealth, typically business owners, executives and professionals, and also to receivers of wealth, such as inheritors, divorcees, widows and retirees.

Emma’s promotion means Future Life is looking to recruit a new paraplanner to fill her old position as the company looks to expands its services across the region.

Managing director Jillian Thomas, who is also a past president of Sheffield Chamber of Commerce, said: “We’re always looking to grow and develop as a company, and our latest promotion is a great example of that.

“Emma is a talented and extremely ambitious individual and has picked up crucial experience in her previous role as a paraplanner. She is an excellent asset to our team and is ready to make the step up to a more senior position.”

Future Life was recently listed in the New Model Advisor Top 100 for the seventh year running. The award celebrates the best of the professional financial planning community in the UK based on their qualifications, income and commitment.
