Sheffield’s Taylor&Emmet LLP is further expanding its extensive private client department with the addition of two specialist solicitors.
The firm has appointed Richard Barlow and John Tunnard to its probate and contentious probate teams respectively, to meet demand from clients and ambitious growth targets.
Partner, Richard Barlow, joins Taylor&Emmet from Banner Jones in Chesterfield. He handles all wills and probate matters, including tax planning and brings more than 18 years’ experience to the firm. This is the perfect place to reconnect with my Sheffield contacts and progress within a department that is developing rapidly.”
Contentious probate solicitor, John Tunnard, worked previously at Sills and Betteridge’s Lincoln and Nottingham offices, handling a range of private client work. At Taylor&Emmet, he will be focusing on inheritance, will and trust disputes, offering assistance to both trustees, executors and disappointed beneficiaries wishing to challenge the distribution of assets.
