Theatre of Dreams Sets Stage for Business Event Making Waves As Online Entrepreneurs Come out in Force For Bee Inspired in Manchester

Bee Inspired, created by North West based International speaking coach and No.1 Best-selling author, Dani Wallace, is described as “inspirational, motivational and transformational, opening up conversations that matter”

This September sees the Theatre of Dreams at Manchester United attract entrepreneurs from across the globe, from the US to Inverness, as the venue plays host to a development event that’s making its mark in the business calendar. Now in its 3rd year the event has grown from 30 people at The Impossible in central Manchester to now selling out the event space at Manchester United with over 300 business people coming together to network, connect and learn how to move their business forward.

Bee Inspired, created by North West based International speaking coach and No.1 Best-selling author, Dani Wallace, is described as “inspirational, motivational and transformational, opening up conversations that matter” and this year it sees TV personalities, a Sunday Times Best Selling Author and several 7 figure business coaches join entrepreneurs from all industries and stages in business to knowledge share, inspire and explore how owner managed businesses can scale with confidence.

On a mission to show others that business can be the vehicle for changing the cards dealt to you, Bee Inspired founder Dani Wallace, 39, who now runs a multi-6 figure business from her home in Preston, has curated a speaker lineup which explores topics from creating wealth and stopping burnout, to mental health, to investments and property, to personal brand visibility to discussing ‘dirty sexy money’.

The events main sponsor, Laurie Burrows, a 7 figure International Trainer and Mentor who went from £700 to 7 figure earnings in 2.5 years, will also be taking to the stage to share her success story and guidance but the majority of the lineup are founders who have been trained by Dani over the last 6 months, to overcome the No.1 fear of the Western world – glossophobia, so that they can reach more people with their message. Dani combines her 15 years corporate coaching and development experience with 20 years on stage as a performer and teaches others how to hold a room with their message. A large proportion of the speakers have been sponsored by Sunday Times Bestselling author and global business strategist, Lisa Johnson who has consistently turned over multi million pounds from her online business over the last 2 years. She gifted some of her clients a place on Bee Inspired, to enable them to learn the skills to really speak about their business with confidence.

Having taken control of her life after sofa surfing as a single mum of 2 young girls, Dani, who experienced domestic abuse and felt trapped by toxic relationships for many years, is determined to be ‘a force for good’ with her business, and use it to help inspire others to see what’s possible.

As part of the event she also fundraises for her charity foundation – The Fly Anyway Foundation, which she founded with her sister Gemma, which helps those who have experienced domestic abuse build businesses, so they can create their own financial independence.

Bee Inspired aims to “start conversations that matter” says Dani. “It’s time out where we can, as a collective of ambitious passion and purpose fuelled business owners put the world to rights. We connect, in person, over things affecting us all, and get out from our 4 walls, and from behind our screens to have real world conversations with people, on a level. It doesn’t matter if you’re speaking to a startup who has just launched, someone a couple of years in looking to grow, or a seasoned entrepreneur making multiple 7 figures, we all have many of the same challenges – and being open and honest, and vulnerable, sharing experiences and knowledge is like nothing else. Businesses are born in this room and businesses are sent to die in this room, because from real conversation comes real growth – and sometimes people find confirmation they’re on the right path, and other times realise like a smack around the face they are not – and they need to change direction.”

“As we continue to witness the demise of many big recognised mainstream brands with liquidations and business closures it makes me value what we are able to do as entrepreneurs – we get to be nimble and agile, and we get to implement new knowledge quickly. We get to build wealth flexibly, around our families from our laptops in our homes -but this way of working can be lonely. Having come from a busy corporate career and having worked in the entertainment industry for the past 20 years I thrive off people, and connection, and it can feel lonely being an online entrepreneur. I feel incredibly lucky that I have such a strong network of other online business owners who I respect and love to work alongside -but not everyone has this. Bee Inspired is my opportunity to bring this to others and to share the support around, so we can all grow together – because the online space is a little goldmine of brilliance -a micro-economy that I believe without a doubt is the future of the UK economy. Anything I can do to fuel this I will”.

No subject is out of bounds, and in amongst the depth of conversation comes entertainment from Dani which provides another route to getting people thinking. From up beat golden oldies to performances from musicals, Dani, a professional singer, otherwise known as ‘The Queen Bee’ and leader of the “I Am The Queen Bee Movement (#IATQB), also uses music to provide opportunities for celebration and reflection.

“Bee Inspired encourages delegates to tap into ALL the emotions”, said Dani,… and being playful, as well as serious, having fun, as well as providing learnings, all create a unique menu of how we deliver important messages. My whole ethos is around bringing people together to help them rise up, offering a hand to those who need it, so they can come with us. I have been that person who needed the hand offering so many times, for many years, and I’m determined to use my business to empower others.”

Speakers include; actors, social media experts, podcasters, best selling authors, psychologists, global business strategists, journalists, and other leading mentors from every walk of life. Also joining the lineup is Queen Mojo, a TV personality and dancer who’s performed with American Grammy winner Lizzo at Glastonbury and recently took to the red carpet interviewing celeb guests for the Attitude Magazine awards which she hosted. She will be sharing her inspiration around growing a personal brand, self-confidence and self-love.

Northwest based speakers who are stepping up to the mark includes; Emma Last, from Leyland, Preston who will be exploring conversations around workplace wellbeing and mental health and wellness strategies with her talk entitled ‘Burnout, Recharge and Reboot – the foundation’s needed for ‘being’ a human in a modern world.’

The event will be held across 2 days on the 28th and 29th of September and there are a couple of exhibitor spaces left for anyone interested in attending (regular tickets have sold out but online access can be purchased post event).
