JustBookItNow.com, the new events, courses, exhibition and conference ticketing website that is the brainchild of Cumbria-based Flame Concepts,is off to a flying start, having revved up and brought on board a variety of motoring clients with high-adrenaline events to promote, by leveraging its expertise in this area.
Flame Concepts – the 2017 ‘Best Ticketing Technology’ winner at the Event Technology Awards – has designed the website and ticketing technology to accept a variety of events under eight category headings. Some are typical ticketing and booking sub-divisions, such as family and days out, places to stay and arts and culture, but it also offers a course and training category and another just for motoring or motorcycle events.
It offers four different levels of service, from free listings (Promoter) to a fully customised and branded ticketing solution (Professional).
Promoter, the basic level of cover, offers the event organiser free listings, links to the event booking URL, tweets and posts on the JustBookItNow.com social media platforms and the opportunity to post PR materials or blogs. The Promoter Pro upgrade provides the event organiser with featured listings, promoted tweets and posts and banner adverts.
The Manager option offers reporting, customised branded forms, the handling of multiple ticket types, flexible event registration forms, mobile-optimised forms and daily direct payments for all sales.
Professional includes all the functionality of ‘Manager’ plus advanced features such as promotional discounts and coupon codes, add-in sales options, access for multiple users, and full telephone and email support.
Fees for more advanced options – Manager and Professional – equates to a percentage of the sales generated, plus a cost per transaction, inclusive of card fees. The Promoter option is free-to-use.
With this functionality and suite of services, JustBookItNow.com is already working with major national and international clients, handling ticket and registration systems at the Geneva International Motor Show and Goodwood Festival of Speed. It is working with those clients such as Footman James, Tractor World and Audi Driver International, that appreciate its ‘ticketing with integrity’ ethos and its philosophy of never offering an off-the-shelf solution inappropriate to a client’s needs.
The website’s proposition is also attractive to some clients because of its flexibility in terms of pricing, systems and services. Having in-depth experience and an understanding of events’ cash flow patterns is standing it in good stead. Its clients receive solutions without big upfront costs and are equipped with a framework that can maximise sales.
Proving that it is not all about servicing big names, JustBookItNow.com is also supporting smaller events, business speed networking sessions and charity fun day occasions, demonstrating the range of businesses and organisations it can assist.
Although in its infancy, the website has already ventured into the sponsorship world and attracted business as a result. It supported Northumberland’s relatively new celebration, Northumberland Day, and has since started to work with Northumbrian businesses such as Kirkharle Courtyard and Battlesteads hotel and restaurant, listing and promoting a summer fair and a variety of star-gazing experiences. It hopes to extend its reach in the county, as word gets around.
JustBookItNow.com managing director, Steve Bishop, says: “We are delighted by the support we are receiving from big-brand motoring and exhibition names, which has given us a fantastic start and further boosted our credentials in the world of motorsport event ticketing.
“In JustBookItNow.com, the team has created a website that will help a variety of businesses grow their events through more effective and easy-to-use ticketing solutions and online exposure. With a full suite of services from free listings, to registration and data collection, and money collection and reporting, we can help a large variety of businesses generate more sales, or boost attendance at business, training and charity events or conferences.”
