Work Completes On Brand New Leeds City Centre Apartment Scheme

Work is now complete on a brand new £13 million residential development in Leeds’s emerging Northern Quarter, which has significantly boosted the supply of quality apartments available within the city centre’s rentals market.

Victoria House consists of 106, studio, one and two-bedroomed apartments spread over eight floors. The development has a shared amenity deck to the rear and secure, internal bike storage. The scheme is the first in Leeds for development company, Elliot Group, and is being marketed by city living specialist Morgans. Prices start from £550 per calendar month for a studio to £825 per calendar month for a two bedroom apartment.

The building is located on Skinner Lane, in Leeds’s Northern Quarter and is just a five minute walk to local favourites, Belgrave Music Hall & Canteen, Brewdog and Manahatta and a seven minute walk to Victoria Gate. Aldi supermarket and Pure Gym are just down the street and St James’s Hospital is a 15 minute walk away.

Jonathan Morgan, Managing Director at Morgans, says: “Leeds city centre’s rentals market has been starved of choice in recent years, with demand outstripping supply and only a handful of small-scale developments and student schemes launching into the market. Victoria House will contribute to the city’s available rental stock and is an opportunity for professionals looking for well specified, brand new apartments.”
