Yorkshire Law Firm Schofield Sweeney to Host Charity Conference

Yorkshire based law firm, Schofield Sweeney which has offices in Leeds, Bradford and Huddersfield are set to stage its annual charity conference on December 7th at their Leeds based offices on Wellington Street.

The conference which is set to discuss the legal implications charities and non-profits will face from the impending General Data Protection Regulation which comes into force in May 2018. The conference will also discuss suitability checks and trustee duties.

This years’ conference will also hear from marketing agency founder, Katrina Cliffe of Huddersfield based KC Communications who will be discussing how organisations can mitigate reputational risk while also identifying ways organisations can raise their profile to attract and retain donors and sponsors.
