Manchester and Leeds based planning, project management and sustainable travel business celebrates continued business growth.
Multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy Zerum Group is proud to announce ongoing business success, adding several new Partners to the firm.
Zerum group was founded in 2013 by property expert, Antony Kilbride and former Manchester United player and property developer, Gary Neville. It began as a Project Management and Planning division with a staff of five, based out of its Manchester office.
Their aim was always business growth, and they have seen their intentions come to reality as the company has grown in terms of cross-discipline skill sets, additional offices, and a broader service offering, as well as the opening of a Leeds office in 2018.
In 2018 Mosodi (Highways and Sustainable Travel Consultants) joined the business, adding additional services to the Zerum offering, and strengthening their cross-Pennines appeal.
In 2024, Zerum Group now boasts four divisions, with a staff of 30.
New Partners & Shareholders
In the face of impressive growth, Zerum is undergoing a group restructure as the ownership group has been extended to welcome Nikki Sills and Tom Cook as Planning Partners, Richard Murphy as Mosodi Partner, and Andy Duffy as Project Management Partner.
Zerum founding partner, Anthony Kilbride said;
“The business is now over 10 years old and during this time has grown with new offices in Manchester and Leeds, more colleagues and amazing clients and projects throughout the UK.
“Like all businesses this success is down to the hard work, dedication and skill of our people and we are delighted to welcome Nikki, Tom, Andy and Rich as Partners into the business and for them to develop and support the existing team in the continued development and growth of our company.”
Zerum founding partner, Gary Neville, added:
“We hope that this is a strong message to our colleagues as they progress with their careers at the company and see the opportunity to progress towards Partnership in future years.”
