£100,000 interest free loan giveaway as Manchester’s Property investors network celebrate a successful first year

Sabina Thorpe and Grant Erskine.

Manchester’s property investors networking meeting is celebrating a year of wealth creation by offering a major giveaway at it’s first anniversary event, to be held on Wednesday, October 11.

Attendees at the event at the Together Finance offices on the Cheadle Royal business park, will be entered into a prize draw to win an interest free loan of £100,000 towards a property project.

Together Finance host the Refurb-Ed property investors networking meeting and have agreed to provide the zero percent interest secured loan.

The Refurb-Ed network was set up by Sabina Thorpe, of Green Brick Property, and RIBA architect Grant Erskine, and attracts around 100 property investors each month to their networking event.

Sabina said: “As each deal is confidential it’s not possible to track how much wealth has been generated during our first year, but when you consider we’ve hosted almost 1,000 potential investors during our first year as a network, it’s easy to see that there’s hundreds of thousands of pounds of wealth being generated in the Manchester area. This leads to property refurbishment and upgrades, with new homes created in the private rented sector.”

Sabina, originally from Manchester, returned to investing in the Manchester area after building a property portfolio in Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme.

Sabina has a diverse portfolio of properties, including high quality HMOs for business professionals, student lets, and large commercial conversions.

Grant Erskine RIBA founded his architecture practice in 2010 and has offices at Mosley Street, Manchester. Over the last 5 years, Grant has overseen the delivery of over £7 million pounds worth of projects, taking them from pre-purchase, through planning, building regulations, tender, contract administration to completion.

The duo came together in 2018 to found Refurb-Ed, providing property training, coaching and networking for anyone looking to build their property portfolio.

Sabina said: “We’re fortunate to work with Together Finance and it’s a relationship that benefits both our investors and the company.

Our anniversary offer will provide a major boost for the winner’s property investment plans.”
