The Bigger Boat team

Creative digital marketing agency The Bigger Boat has welcomed on board a TV and film location firm, whose A-list credits include Star Wars, Black Mirror, Killing Eve and The Bodyguard.

Location Collective, London’s leading film location agency, has enlisted the award-winning business to overhaul its creative and digital presence by rolling out a rebrand, as well as launching a new-look website to drastically improve customer experience.

The Bigger Boat, whose client base includes Little Tikes, Baby Annabell and Baby Born, was selected ahead of several agencies following a competitive pitch process held in the heart of the capital.

And the project is well underway for Location Collective’s rebrand with Andy McCaul – The Bigger Boat’s co-founder and account director – and account director Ali Lee taking charge of strategy and project management. Meanwhile, co-founder and digital director Lee Boothroyd and web designer Nour Latreche are running development, and co-founder and creative director Doug Main is leading on design.

It’s anticipated that the new brand and website for the market leading UK film location agency, which has nearly 1,000 London film locations on its books, will be live towards the end of May 2019.

The Bigger Boat’s Andy said: “We’re thrilled to have been appointed by Location Collective to deliver such a creative project, especially when the competition from agencies was so fierce.

“Location Collective is an agency with an impressive portfolio having worked with some of the biggest cult TV and film classics including The Crown, Mission Impossible 6 and Luther to name a few.

“As we have a great track record of delivering these kinds of repositioning projects, I believe our blend of creative and technical expertise made us the perfect fit.”

Antony Iredale, managing director of Location Collective, added: “The work of The Bigger Boat has been pretty much impeccable and we are incredibly confident about the quality we know the team will deliver. It was not a difficult choice to get the team on board.”

The Bigger Boat – based in a 2,000sqft open-plan Wheatley Park office in Mirfield, West Yorkshire – celebrated its ninth birthday in February.
