Award Winning Private Dental Practice Expands Practice and Team

Town Hall Dental have been recognised as one of the best dental practices in the country

Brighouse based private dental practice, Town Hall Dental, have announced they are creating several new jobs as they expand their practice and range of treatments.

Based in the Old Town Hall, Brighouse, Town Hall Dental have been providing cosmetic and general dentistry for the Yorkshire area since 2012. Earlier this year, the practice announced that they had been awarded ‘Dental Practice of the Year 2019’, to go alongside similar commendations such as ‘Best Patient Care in the UK’ at the industry leading Dentistry Awards.

These commendations saw them forge a partnership with Leeds United Football Club as their official dental partner, treating the players and staff as well as bolstering their work in the community. Through their non-profit, The Town Hall Foundation, the team have been at the forefront of community work in West Yorkshire in recent months. Their activities including volunteering with the homeless in Leeds, providing oral health education in schools and trips to Calais to assist with those impacted by the refugee crisis.

The expansion will see the practice launch two new surgeries, as well as expanding their range of treatments and opening a bespoke facial aesthetics clinic for beauty treatments. On the back of this expansion, seven new jobs will be created at their Brighouse headquarters.

Rachel Dilley, Practice Manager at Town Hall Dental, commented “The support from our patients to all of our work, both as a practice and our charity work in the community, has been astounding. As a result, we can now invest in more surgeries and more staff to reduce patients waiting times and further improve the service we offer to everyone who comes through our doors.”

As a sign of Town Hall Dental’s commitment to training and upskilling their team, many of the new staff will be first time employees in the dental industry, handpicked for previous experience in care.

“For us it’s about investing in people” Rachel added. “We want to help create the next generation of dental professionals, learning from the ground up with our unique approach to patient wellbeing. The people we’ve met coming through their studies now are the perfect fit for our team, incredibly smart and passionate about care, exactly what dentistry needs”.
