Changing the face of recruitment: Innovative subscription-based recruitment firm launches in Yorkshire

An independent recruitment firm set to shake up the industry has launched in Yorkshire.

Founded by Leeds-based entrepreneur, Rebecca Dalzell, Myinternalrecruiter offers in-house subscription recruitment services to fast-growing businesses looking for an alternative to the traditional recruitment firm or hiring a full time internal recruiter.

Having worked within the recruitment industry for more than nine years, Rebecca was keen to challenge and modernise the typical recruitment business model to achieve a more inclusive, small-business-friendly approach.

Commenting on the launch, Rebecca Dalzell, said:

“After working in the industry for over nine years, I have learnt that recruitment is an extremely expensive industry which is not affordable for fast-growing SME’s. I am passionate about helping growing businesses and Myinternalrecruiter allows me to effectively do this.

“I am thrilled that SMEs are embracing the model and I have big plans to expand in the future.”

Focused on aiding the growth of SMEs, Myinternalrecruiter operates on a subscription basis beginning with an in-depth, personal meeting with the team to find out exactly what kind of candidate is needed to fit the business values.

The firm has already built an impressive list of clients, all on a retainer basis. After filling 37 jobs for one client alone, businesses have already benefited from Myinternalrecruiter, saving them thousands of pounds in recruitment fees.

Self-funded alongside a small IT equipment grant from AdVenture in Summer 2018, Myinternalrecruiter has appointed its first member of staff with plans to recruit another by the end of the year.
