A specialist search firm that works with sustainably led food and consumer businesses has been launched. Naturalis People is focused on companies who are environmentally conscious and socially responsible.
With over 20 years’ experience, Alan Gove, MD and Founder of Naturalis, is joined by Natalie Crossland as Head of Research and Luke Walker as Senior International Consultant. With a combined 75 years’ experience in the industry, Naturalis People works globally as a Leadership People Consultancy. It supports international food and consumer businesses delivering Non-Executive, Board Advisory, Director level, Functional Leadership and C Suite Search. The company also partners with Private Equity, Venture Capital and Founder Owners to provide consultation, support and advice.
Alongside sourcing top level talent, Naturalis offers two other main services, pre search due diligence for startups and scaling businesses, and pre investment due diligence for investors to help grow and support businesses in the industry.

With ambitious growth plans, the firm hopes to double in size in the next 12 months. Naturalis has also fully committed to cutting its own carbon footprint, with plans to become Future Net Zero accredited and offering its clients a Carbon Zero recruitment solution.
