A Leeds-based digital creative agency has supported the growth of a national multi-million-pound firm.

With headquarters in Leeds, Express Bi-Folding Doors designs and manufactures bespoke doors, windows, sky-lights and roofs. The firm appointed Tall to design and build a lead generation website to increase business growth and customer interest.

Since its launch in September, the new website has produced phenomenal results. Brochure requests have increased by 100%, quote requests have increased by 30% and showroom visit enquires have increased by 60%.

Managing director at Express Bi-Folding doors, Steve Bromberg, commented:

“As soon as we met Tall, their passion and enthusiasm for design was clear. We instantly knew that their strategy for deciphering exactly what our new website needed to do to increase sales was the right move for us.”

The team at Express Bi-Folding Doors initially approached Tall following website issues after a TV ad sent a large amount of traffic to the site.

After Tall fixed the website issues, Express Bi-Folding Doors undertook a workshop with the creative agency to develop a brief for the website.

Behrooz comments:

“Working with the Express team was a pleasure. It’s fantastic to have been able to utilise our new workshop format to develop a website that has already seen such fantastic results.

“We know that clients often don’t have the time or knowledge to write detailed project briefs, which often results in agencies delivering a project that misses the mark.

“We created the ‘Gravity’ method to help us get under the skin of client project goals, building trust between teams, both internal and with our agency aligning everyone to the same vision.”

The ‘Gravity’ method, founded by Tall, helps businesses uncover insight and ideas that would normally have been missed by the regular project process.

Steve comments:

“I believe Gravity was fundamental for Tall’s designers building our full site map, as they have used what we believe to be important factors to create key messages that are easily promoted to our customers.”

The bi-folding doors market is expected to rise, and with this and the success of the new website, the Express team has announced a projected turnover of £30 million by 2019.

Gravity has since received impressive feedback and will be used as the focal point of Tall’s analysis lead strategy to continue supporting the growth of businesses.
