Leeds Recruitment Specialist Tops Triple Appointment with Promotion

In its second triple appointment of the quarter, iSource Group, the IT, digital and change recruitment specialist based in Leeds, has once again expanded its team. As if that wasn’t cause enough for celebration, the business has also announced the promotion of one of the Group’s longest standing employees to the role of Recruitment Director.

Joining the business as Recruitment Consultants, new starters Alistair Holmes, Liam Whitehurst and Jack Dagwell will generate new business and manage the recruitment process for existing clients and candidates, ensuring that the process is negotiated efficiently on behalf of both parties.

In addition, taking an in-depth interest in each client’s business, including its culture and technical requirements, whilst staying informed about industry developments and trends, will enable each consultant to identify candidates who are suitably matched with each organisation.

Using the previous experience of each candidate has seen the recruits take responsibility for a different key area within the organisation, with Alistair’s focus being the Data and ERP space; Liam specialising in Cyber Security and Jack concentrating on supplying high quality professionals in the area of Data and CRM.

Having previously worked in a large corporate organisation, Alistair was acutely aware of what he did and didn’t want from his next role. He comments: “I love the fact that everyone at iSource has the same focus on building and celebrating long-term relationships rather than always looking for the quick wins. The atmosphere in the office is like no other. No one takes themselves too seriously which makes for a great working environment where everyone loves what they do.”

Meanwhile, Sam Hameed, who has been employed by the business for 7 years, is celebrating a promotion from Head of Practice (IT Architecture and Software Development) to Recruitment Director. The move will see Sam take responsibility for all divisions, including the management of a 16-strong team of recruitment consultants.

Sam comments: “As a longstanding employee and supporter of the business, I’m proud to be able to take on additional responsibility which will see the business continue to grow and strengthen its leading presence within the IT, digital and change recruitment arena. Our long-term vision is to become the overall market leader and, with the team and solid client base that we already have in place, I have no doubt that this is achievable.”
