A leading property developer has appointed The Foundry Agency to market its new homes in Lancashire.
The Liverpool-based agency has been tasked with creating brand identities and marketing collateral for Redwing Living’s upcoming outright sales housing developments.
This includes Bluebrook, a development of 19 three and four-bedroom homes in the village of Hambleton, Lancashire and Aughton Wood Park, which will provide 30 three and four-bedroom homes in Caton, Lancashire.
The agency will be responsible for delivering new branding and designing all marketing collateral, including web work, brochures, print advertising, outdoor signage and marketing suite point of sale materials.
The Foundry will also be implementing digital marketing campaigns for Redwing’s Lancashire developments across social, online advertising and content marketing.
The integrated agency’s public relations team recently delivered a show home launch event and PR campaign for the Bluebrook development.
After the successful launch of Bluebrook, the agency will now work on its forthcoming Aughton Wood Park development, creating distinctive branding to target prospective house buyers, specifically growing families and first-time buyers.
