The second event in Kirwans’ free Landlord Seminar Series is to take place in July, with an informative session on tenancy agreements, choosing the right agent and recovering rent arrears.
Kirwans’ associate solicitors Danielle Hughes and Lisa Evans will join Andrew Louis co-founder Louis Anastasiou to provide more invaluable advice at the seminar on Wednesday, July 18.
The event will take place at Avenue HQ, Mann Island, Liverpool and will start at 8am with hot drinks, pastries and bacon sandwiches before the first speaker opens the seminar at 8.30am.
The Landlord Seminar Series provides free advisory sessions for landlords and property agents at which Kirwans’ solicitors explore a wide range of crucial issues for the sector.
In addition, the series features guest speakers from non-legal sectors of the property industry, providing useful tips and analysis on topics affecting landlords and the rental market.
