Project and Building Consultancy Anderton Gables has announced that Tom Hargreaves will be moving to head up their Manchester office and will be responsible for growing the office and developing the staff there.
Tom has worked for AG since March 2014 in the firms Preston office. In 2017, Tom was promoted to Associate Director, a testament to the hard work and commitment he has shown to the practice over the years.
AG’s Manchester office is set within the beautiful former Salford Quays docklands, a short tram ride from the City Centre.
AG provide commercially aware strategic advice to major players within the region and provide Project Management and Dilapidations Advice for Manchester Airport Group and Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveying Services for registered providers and developers such as Laurus Homes, Trafford Housing Trust and Wythenshawe Community Housing Group on numerous large new build housing schemes.
