The U10s team from Astley and Buckshaw Junior Football Club are now sporting brand new kit after local housebuilder Miller Homes become their latest sponsor.
Astley and Buckshaw Football Club were looking to update their football kit, and Miller Homes are always looking for opportunities to support the diverse range of community groups surrounding their developments. With the football club just a short distance away from their Parklands View development on Southport Road, Miller Homes welcomed the chance to sponsor the club’s new kits.
The Football Club was established in 2004 following a Football Foundation grant, applied for by a residents group in Astley Village. Today the club gives the opportunity to over 250 local children to play football across nineteen teams and ten age groups.

I hope they get an extra spring in their step when they’re next on the pitch. As always, we remain committed to getting involved with the community, showing our support for young people in sport by sponsoring local teams and clubs.”
