Published in the Financial Times on Monday 24th September, the FT Future 100 UK rankings look at the financial performance of the UK’s fastest growing firms and their efforts in areas such as innovation, the environment and wider society.

Hadrian Technology was selected by judges due to the consistent growth the firm has achieved in recent years. The news comes shortly after Hadrian Technology was named as an Inc. 5000 Europe company earlier this year and was also named for the second consecutive year in The Financial Times’ ranking of Europe’s fastest-growing businesses – The FT 1000 – compiled in co-operation with Statista.

Hadrian Technology Co-Founder Gary Trotter said: “We’re incredibly proud that our business has been recognised by the prestigious FT Future 100 UK list. Not only does the award recognise the rapid growth we’ve achieved in recent years, but also the emphasis we place on investing in our team and partnering with industry-leading manufacturers and software producers to help drive forward innovation.”

North East-based Hadrian Technology advises clients on the design and installation of bespoke high-quality CCTV solutions, operating software and digital cloud-based storage through to ongoing maintenance. Established in 1999 by Stuart Ferguson and Gary Trotter, the company has a proven-track record of delivering CCTV security systems for a diverse range of retail, leisure, hospitality and public sector companies and organisations across the UK and Ireland.

Hadrian Technology’s team recently installed HD CCTV at the Port of Sunderland ahead of the arrival of the world-famous Tall Ships Race in July 2018. The colourful five day festival of culture and entertainment, attracted more than 1.2 million visitors to the city and the infrastructure installed by Hadrian Technology is just a small part of the legacy the event has left for the area.

Through partnering with industry-leading manufacturers and software providers, including Videcon, Dell, Hikvision, Ocucon, Vista, Concept Pro, Everseen, Facit and Avigilon, Hadrian Technology is at the forefront of advanced digital analytics and has specialist knowledge and expertise in combatting the ‘slips and trips’ claims culture that currently costs businesses more than £800m a year. Its easy-to-use operating systems offer leading business intelligence and analytics, including off-site monitoring, people counting and identification and heat mapping.
