Northern Roots, National Reach: McGoff Construction announces plans to open a London office
JP Singleton, McGoff Construction

Multi-award winning Principal Contractor McGoff Construction has announced plans to open a London office.

The company, based in Altrincham recently celebrated 45 years in business and are marking the milestone occasion by opening a second office in the UK’s business capital.

The new office will open later this year. With existing strong Client links in London, in addition to a number of leading southern based projects, the Groups expansion plans
re-enforced their belief that the UK’s thriving and vibrant business capital is the perfect setting for this new venture.

A southern presence will allow McGoff to strengthen and build stronger relationships with new and existing clients, consultants and design teams both in the UK and overseas.

Head of Pre-Construction; JP Singleton will take up the post of Regional Director at the London office. An Urban Regeneration Professional with over 18 years’ experience combining site management, planning and project management, JP will head up the regional branch during 2018 whilst continuing to oversee the Groups development programme with New Care, Villafont and Barchester Healthcare.

Group Commercial Director Dave McGoff Comments;

“Our success has confirmed that the time is right for us to open our second office. London is the perfect location for us to launch the next generation of our work and to build upon the strong relationships that we have forged with our clients, consultants and design teams from across the UK.”

Regional Director JP Singleton Comments;

“I am delighted with the opportunity of heading up McGoff Construction’s pioneering move to London. We are continuing to go from strength-to-strength which is why we have chosen to open a new office to serve our southern clients better and to expand the business, to help us keep up with demand.”
