Pizza Oven Business Celebrates Rebrand

A Preston business is celebrating a rebrand with a valuable Black Friday offer that will allow foodies and lovers of outdoor living to upgrade to something more plush than a barbecue or throwaway pizza oven.

Orchard Ovens is letting al fresco fanatics grab a little piece of luxury in the curvaceous shape of an artisan-built, top-of-the-range Valoriani pizza oven. The business has recently gone back to its brand roots on the domestic outdoor oven side, having reverted to the name Orchard Ovens, which it first used when introducing pizza ovens to the UK market back in 2003.

Having built up a solid reputation, the business was bought by TV chef, Jamie Oliver, who himself had an oven fitted by Orchard Ovens’ owner, Andrew Manciocchi. When Andrew later left the Jamie Oliver empire, to run his own business once more, he did so in partnership with the ovens’ manufacturer, Tuscany-based Valoriani, trading as Valoriani UK. That now remains the brand for the commercial pizza ovens sold in the UK, but the domestic market once more has the gentler sounding, more homely Orchard Ovens brand, to serve all its needs.

To celebrate this rebirth, Orchard Ovens has created a Black Friday offer sure to tempt. It is slashing a massive £700 off the price of a Fornino 60 pizza oven and offering a massive £1400 saving off of the larger Fornino 75 oven, both from its Forni Pronti range.

The £700 and £1400 discounts respectively represent £100 and £200 a year, for each of the years that the brand has been back headquartered in Preston.

Both ovens are best-in-class when it comes to outdoor wood-fired pizza ovens, being built with superb refractory materials and with the benefit of Tuscan craftsmanship, which draws upon a heritage stretching back to 1890.

With these ovens, owners can entertain friends and family by serving up their own pizzas, or capitalise on the ovens’ versatility by cooking virtually anything else, from bread and butter pudding to sea bass and lots more besides.

They can also have fun, learning to build, feed and maintain a real fire for their cooking adventure and experiment with overnight cooking, using the residual heat from a day’s firing up. That heat can also cook breakfast the next morning, such is the insulation in these ovens and the quality of the materials used in their artisan construction.

“These ovens will last a good 10-15 years and are even used in commercial environments.,” says Andrew Manciocchi. “Described as the ‘Maserati’ of pizza ovens and with the option to use them either on the supplied wheeled stand, or on a suitable static base, they offer all the al fresco-focused homeowner could want. We are delighted to be able to celebrate our rebrand by creating what we believe is a truly tempting offer, which will allow many more people to own one.”

The Black Friday offer makes these ovens – which come in a choice of red, cream or black dome – available to purchase for £1995 for the Fornino 60, rather than the RRP of £2695, and for £4095 for the Fornino 75, rather than the normal price of £5495. The respective offer codes are BlackFridayF60 and BlackFridayF75. The price includes a three-piece, long-handled tool-kit – brush, peel, pizza shovel – plus free delivery, in both cases.

Last date for delivery pre-Christmas is December 22 and the offer is available from midnight on November 23 to midnight on November 30. The bargain is available via the Orchard Ovens website, or by calling the office.
