The multi-award winning franchise has 59 offices across the UK and its National Office is based in Waterloo, Liverpool. The company provides high-quality, trusted homecare to Clients living in the familiar and comfortable surroundings of their own home. EWIF is a not-for-profit organisation with a threefold remit; to encourage women to consider buying a franchise; to encourage business women to franchise their existing operations and to help franchisors attract more women to their networks.

Since joining Right at Home almost four years ago, Lucy has been instrumental in driving both significant network growth and building a culture which seeks continuous improvement. As well as a wealth of experience in franchising, Lucy also sits on the Board of the UKHCA, the professional association of homecare providers in the UK.

Speaking on the shortlisting, Lucy said: “I am truly passionate about ethical franchising and playing my part in encouraging women into the sector, so I’m delighted to be recognised for this award. At Right at Home, our goal is to be recognised nationally as the UK’s number one franchise, as well as the number one homecare company for Outstanding quality and we firmly believe we are well on our way to achieving this.”

Right at Home CEO, Ken Deary, added: “This is a thoroughly well-deserved shortlisting and I wish Lucy the best of luck for the final.”

Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in central London on Wednesday 1st May 2019.

This is the latest in a string of award nominations for Right at Home. The company is also shortlisted for the Leadership and Culture Accolade at the 2019 bfa HSBC Franchise Awards and nominated for Domiciliary Care Provider of the Year at the annual HealthInvestor Awards, both taking place in June.
