Sheffield conveyancer in the running for major customer service award

Sheffield-based conveyancers PM Property Lawyers has been recognised for its outstanding customer service by the biggest award scheme in the UK residential property industry.

The company has been shortlisted for the 2017 Regional Conveyancer Award, organised by The ESTAS Group. The shortlist is based on feedback from customers, and more than 5,000 voted for the 100+ conveyancing firms entering the competition. PM Property Lawyers is the only Sheffield firm to have made the shortlist.

Harvey Harding, managing director of PM Property Lawyers, comments: “This is a tremendous achievement for our team and I’m absolutely delighted that their dedication and commitment to great service has been recognised. It’s a landmark in our journey to become a top national conveyancing business – with our customers at the heart of everything we do.”

Simon Brown, founder of The ESTAS, says: “We want to highlight conveyancing firms who are providing exceptional levels of customer care through the moving process. We believe the best way to judge the performance of a conveyancer is to ask the clients who have experienced the whole service through to completion. It’s often later in the transaction when a firm really shows their worth and at those times it’s their experience and professionalism that gets the deal back on track.”

The winners will be announced on 20th October at a black tie dinner in London, presented by TV property expert, Phil Spencer.

Spencer, who has hosted The ESTAS since they were created back in 2003, said: “We live in a world where customer reviews are becoming increasingly important in the consumer decision making process. So The ESTAS provides a kite mark for excellent service for any property professional involved in the house moving process. Any firm that enters has already sent a clear message that they are passionate about customer service and to make it on to the shortlist is a huge achievement in itself.”
