Likewise Floors Limited has signed a 10-year lease for Units 3E & 3F, comprising a combined industrial space totaling 18,197 sq. ft. As part of the agreement, Towngate PLC has offered flexibility to accommodate the specific needs of the tenant, including the construction of additional office space.
Occupation of the units by Likewise is expected to commence from early May 2024.

As a result of strategic expansion efforts, the firm has significantly bolstered its market presence and profitability, commencing 2024 with a 12% sales surge and laying solid foundations for the coming months.
