Tattenhall Inspired by Phase Two of Luxury Retirement Village

Inspired Villages launched its Tattenhall based collection of 48 luxurious retirement apartments earlier in the year. Now with only a few apartments remaining, prospective purchasers were invited to an open event on Wednesday, 20th September to mark the unveiling of Phase Two of the development, which includes; pent house apartments, a wellness spa, restaurant, library and beauty salon.

Properties within the development cater for a broad range of requirements and include one and two bedroom luxury apartments, as well as a small selection of shared ownership opportunities. Providing residents with a luxurious and liberated retirement, as part of a likeminded community, the village development offers an enviable array of facilities as well as additional services, such as person-centred care and support, a 24-hour reception and concierge as well as a driver to transport residents on short trips or special occasions.

Inspired regularly hosts events and open days for residents, as well as offering the local community and prospective purchasers the opportunity to see the life changing benefits these Inspired Village life can bring. Here James Cobb, Sales and Marketing Director comments: “It is always a delight to host our regular open days giving us the opportunity to not only meet prospective buyers, but people from the local area who are interested in what we are doing here. We have been overwhelmed by the response to the village so far and the launch of Phase Two is also being celebrated by our current residents who will gain access to some truly exceptional facilities.”

We have been really pleased with the turn out for the event and with only a handful of properties left in phase one, many people were keen to secure their dream property in this exciting second phase.”

As well as the extensive facilities, Phase Two includes a number of luxurious penthouse apartments with panoramic views of the Cheshire countryside. Expected to be completed in Spring 2019, from a wellness centre that is designed to empower and support older people to a brasserie that includes changing seasonal menus and a stunning selection of wines from around the world, it’s little wonder that people are rushing to seal the deal.
