People, teams and culture specialists 4and20million have marked their first anniversary with a string of new client projects and an expanded offering.
In addition to ongoing work for the likes of EY, Deloitte and OpenMoney, 4and20million have added training programmes for The Growth Company, Global Media and Cheadle-based Weinerberger AC.

While much of the company’s services are project-based, they’ve recently added a longer term 12 month training programme aimed at small to mid-sized businesses who often don’t have the capacity or budget to create future-focused training programmes. Designed and delivered by the company’s three co-founders – Alex Heywood, Josie Saville and Dan McNicholas – the new programme equips high performers with the vital skills that help to differentiate one business from another.
