Construction is now underway to create a new community of energy-efficient homes in Waverley, Sheffield.
Affinity, from Barratt Homes Yorkshire West, is an exciting new collection of energy-efficient one, two, three and four bedroom homes located in the growing, semi-rural community of Waverley.
Set in a lakeside location, homes at Affinity will offer stunning views surrounded by green open spaces, woodland and parks including Rother Valley Country Park. The new homes have been crafted with flexible living in mind, to encourage prospective customers, such as first time buyers and growing families, to create their dream home.
