Blackpool warehousing site launched to market for £1.5 million

A prominent site near Blackpool comprising of offices, warehousing and open storage has been put up for sale for £1.5 million.

Hitchcock Wright & Partners has been instructed by Lancashire-based family business, James Hall & Co to sell the 5.7-acre site on Mythop Road in Weeton.

The Granary Buildings comprise former agricultural buildings and open storage converted for the use of offices and warehousing. The whole site extends to approximately 5.7 acres, of which 2.5 acres are covered by buildings and hard standings.

The property was most recently used as the office and retail distribution centre for G.A.P Convenience Distribution Ltd.
