Calm Digital Announces New Company Director & Appoints New Business Development Manager

One of the north east’s best-established digital agencies has restructured its team to reward existing team members and create opportunity for new talent to join the ever-growing company.

Helen Stewart has been with Calm Digital since March 2016 as head of business development for the Teesside based software firm. And now Danielle Croce, director and co-business owner, is delighted to announce that Helen has been promoted to director status to help develop new business relationships and support organic growth in a more strategic approach.

In her new role Helen will be building on her focus of providing clients with the expertise they need to build digital solutions. She will also be working closely with her newly appointed business development team, including Carl Thom, who joins the team as business development manager. Carl brings a huge amount of experience from his previous role as business advisor at Northern Skills Group.

Helen has 13 years of digital experience, working on not only the client side of the business, but also managing digital teams and client projects alike. She will now take responsibility to expand Calm Digital’s reach nationally, internationally and globally. She will ensure that all clients receive the best possible service and are fully satisfied at every stage of the process.

Helen concluded:

Based in Teesside, Calm Digital has a team of 14 staff who specialise in the design, build, and support of web and software applications. Working with a number of global clients over the past few years, Calm has developed digital solutions for global brands such as The World Health Organization, Commonwealth War Graves Commission, Lindt Chocolate and SES Networks.
