Cloud tech consultancy plugs in intelligent tools to overhaul its digital comms

Solutionize Global has invested in savvy marketing automation technology to deliver highly targeted campaigns that further enhance its customer experience.

Set to eclipse its 2018 turnover by 300% this year, cloud and technology managed service provider is entering a transformative era, recently marking its 10th anniversary with a new website, office move to larger premises and ambitious business growth plans to further cement its offering across the tech space.

With further developments to be unveiled during the next 12 months, the Yorkshire-based cloud technology consultancy has already moved to revamp its comms strategy – by plugging in sophisticated tools from martech experts Force24.

The tech injection aims to enhance the team’s online visibility, deliver commercially driven, real-time campaigns and supercharge personalised conversations with new and existing customers.

Rachel McElroy, chief marketing officer at Solutionize Global, said: “We admire and support disruptive technologies that positively challenge the tech landscape and make people’s lives better and more efficient.

“We’re now able to strike up the key conversations with the right people when we know they’re most engaged, complementing our own lead generation activity and enhancing our end customer experience.”

Commenting on Solutionize Global’s development plans, Rachel added: “Digital marketing insight and commercially-driven content are integral towards amplifying our overall business growth ambitions.

“We’re really looking forward to sharing compelling, authoritative white papers and visually engaging messaging to support our customers with useful intel into their transformation journeys.”

The Yorkshire-based duo have already kickstarted the partnership, rolling out the launch campaign for Solutionize Global’s ‘Cloud Leadership’ white paper – an 80-page detailed document featuring 30 contributors including Microsoft, Dell, HP, and Servicenow.

Lee Senior, head of client operations at Force24, said: “This is a great time to be teaming up with a strong technology-focused organisation with a commitment to adding value to their customers as they provide crucial end to end support for organisations across the UK.

“As customers receive the comms they want to consume, we’re sure the team will also enjoy having access to smart tools which can comfortably deliver a savvy, results-driven campaign in a day, rather than six weeks.”

Beginning life as the brainchild of founder David Bentley, Solutionize Global has grown to a team of 10 with plans to increase employee numbers in the last quarter as they look to 2020 and beyond.

The firm focuses on providing end to end solutions including managed service desk and professional services into public and private sector tech enterprises, with clients such as Vodafone and NHS Digital.

To further support the marketing function, the Wakefield-headquartered organisation has recently welcomed and sales and marketing executive, Rae Evans.

Established in 2011, Leeds-based Force24 is the only UK-grown and managed, GDPR-compliant marketing automation company. Notable clients include JML, Npower and Worldpay.
