Award winning and premier cocktail venues, DV8 bars in Sandbach and Congleton, are offering couples the chance to wine and dine on Valentine’s Day, as well as the opportunity for singles to mingle on National Singles Awareness day at DV8.
The Valentine’s set menu which will be available on the 14th February, includes a pre-starter of Tomato Soup with basil oil, a selection of starters from Crispy Oysters to Pork Terrine and mains such as Roasted Cod with Champagne Honey or a Rack of Lamb, as well as desserts from Dark Chocolate Mousse to Apple Parfait.
Singles can also look forward to their own evening in DV8 on the 15th February to enjoy bespoke cocktails or take advantage of their exclusive cocktail masterclass sessions and have the chance to meet other singles, up for a challenge.
Steph Chaddock, Managing Director of DV8 bars said: “February is set to be a busy month for us, with our Valentine’s and singles day events ahead. We wanted to ensure that couples and singles felt included in the celebrations during the most romantic month for the year, and that’s why we’ve decided to host the two events, accommodating those who have a significant other and those who want to celebrate being single or even meeting someone new at one of our venues.”
DV8 are encouraging locals to book to avoid disappointment for their set Valentine’s menu at their Sandbach venue, while DV8 Congleton will be operating on a first come, first serve basis.
Cocktail masterclasses are conducted with small groups who will be invited behind the DV8 bar and shown how to create 2 or 3 cocktail/mocktails hand-picked by the DV8 team such as their Colour Changing Margarita and Star Mix It Up as well as completely bespoke recipes designed for the participants.
