Expanding Firm’s Talent Saves Clients Thousands

A Leeds based talent research business servicing blue chip and FTSE companies is kicking off the year celebrating its 2017 success, having reviewed its performance to reveal 40% revenue growth from last year, alongside having helped one of their retained clients save £700k on recruitment fees over the last 2 years.

Horsforth based Talent Acumen also enjoyed growth in the team in 2017, taking on another senior hire, along with an office move to bigger premises to support their expansion, and welcomed new clients in the University, Technology, Retail and engineering sectors.

Expanding its current client portfolio, new client wins included leading household name brands.

M.D David Murphy, who has a successful track record in delivering research-based projects for a number of FTSE organisations on a global level said: “We are delighted by this growth as it shows that our model is really performing for our clients and our expansion alongside our savings we have made for clients goes hand in hand to illustrate that it really does pay to look after your customers. Our approach is very different to traditional search recruitment and headhunting and our combined approach of talent identification, succession planning and market insight, along with our alternative approach to fees is bringing many benefits to our clients”.

Having placed 6 six figure hires within private health and retail sectors, saving the client thousands each time when compared to a search provider, Talent Acumen, which was only established in 2016, is solidifying its place in the market.

Plans for 2018 include significant talent pipelining and succession planning campaigns for clients in the healthcare, FMCG, manufacturing and retail sectors and further expansion of the Talent Acumen team and investment in technology to support business growth.
