International corporate uniform supplier backs Leeds junior rugby stars

Aireborough RUFC Under 15's

A junior rugby team in Guiseley, Leeds have received a substantial amount of brand-new kit for their upcoming tour to Darlington, thanks to the support of Rawdon-based international uniform supplier Select Uniforms.

Already existing as a long-standing supplier of Aireborough RUFC’S kit and formal wear, Select Uniforms has developed their partnership further through a generous sponsorship for the amateur rugby clubs under 15s team.

Each team-member has received a personalised tour hoody, along with a formal club shirt and tie, to allow them to represent their club as they head off on tour in May.

Aireborough RUFC are well-known for their ‘one-club’ approach to rugby and provide a friendly atmosphere for those aged 4 and upwards to develop their rugby union skills.

The additional funding will support the club’s vision to ensure each team member not only feels unity within the team, but also throughout the wider club.

Sitting at the heart of the local community, the club focus their efforts on building relationships with the wider business community and work with many businesses like Select Uniforms as part of their sponsorship programme.

Chris Gaunt, Managing Director of Select Uniforms said: “We are proud to be supporting Aireborough with their vision. It’s a fantastic community club, with some great volunteers who put in a tremendous amount of work behind the scenes, and we love being a part of that.
“If we can play even a small part in helping the boys look smart and represent the club, then we are delighted to do so.”

Under 15s coach Granville Sellers added: “We are extremely grateful for the support that Select Uniforms has shown us as we prepare to head to Darlington and Stockton in May, to build on the previous successes of our tours.

“Thanks to their sponsorship, our boys are now fully equipped with uniforms that represent both the original roots of the club, and it’s future. Long may our partnership with Chris Gaunt and all at Select continue.”
