Jones Homes confirms new phase at Barrington Park in Alsager

Award winning residential developer Jones Homes has secured planning permission for a further phase of new build homes at its popular Barrington Park development in Alsager.

Following an exceptional response to its first phase, Jones Homes has confirmed that it will build an additional 28 high quality homes on a 1.9 acre piece of land that borders the existing development.

The new phase will comprise a mix of two, three, four and five bedroom detached and semi-detached homes, appealing to a wide range of purchasers, including families, first time buyers, young professionals and those looking to downsize.

Renowned for the quality, style and superior specification of its properties, Jones Homes is one of the region’s leading privately owned residential developers and is committed to helping meet demand for high quality new build homes across the UK.

All properties on the new phase will be built to Jones Homes’ exacting standards. Bursting with individuality and character, both inside and out, the homes benefit from thoughtfully designed elevations and a variety of external finishes for stunning kerb appeal. They also boast an exceptional internal specification, with high quality contemporary kitchens with integrated appliances, modern bathrooms and en suites and a range of luxurious fixtures and fittings.

Managing director at Jones Homes, Gary Hardy, commented: “We’re delighted to have secured permission for a further phase of homes at Barrington Park. Offering a delightful semi-rural lifestyle in the charming village of Alsager, yet close to M6 for travelling and commuting, it is a great location and one of the many reasons why our previous phase has been in such high demand. Having built in Alsager previously, we are very much part of the local community and look forward to offering more quality new build homes to buyers from across the local area.”

Within the planning agreement, Jones Homes will make a number of Section 106 contributions that will be of direct benefit to the local community. A total of £125,950 will be contributed towards education, public green space, play space enhancement and wildlife habitat enhancement.
