Leach unveils the thinnest lightbox ever

The Thinesse lightbox

Following nine months of investment, graphic display specialist Leach has revealed a new ultra-slim wall-mounted system designed to bring further flexibility to the retail sector.

This latest innovation – entitled the Thinesse – is the thinnest fabric graphic illuminated lightbox available on the market, with a depth of only 18mm.

Suitable for use across retail stores and any commercial environment, the Thinesse – like Leach’s other display systems – allows for easy installation of interchangeable fabric graphics, which promotes re use of the lightbox itself for investment longevity.

The product – which is lightweight and therefore easy to transport – is ideal for small to medium wall-mounted applications, with the super-bright 5mm LED lightsheet providing an eye-catching and even illumination in the selected location.

Available in sizes up to 3m x 1.2m – with various frame powder-coating options to reflect brand colour – this bespoke offering will bring another level of illumination to retail brands, regardless of the floor space available.

Commenting on the latest Leach product to hit the market, head of innovation Mike Willshaw said: “Our graphic display systems are widely used throughout the retail arena, and following the success of the recently-launched Leach Box, we are thrilled to introduce an alternative option.

“Smaller stores and restaurants should still have the tools to provide the ‘wow factor’ to their space, however restricted it is, and the Thinesse enables that. We’ve looked at the challenge faced by those smaller entities and hopefully offered them an eye-catching solution that won’t blow their budgets.”

James Lavin, Managing Director of Leach added: “We repeatedly say there is no such thing as a ‘one size fits all’ approach to our products. And we’ve once again engineered something which will enable any retailer to easily change the graphics on display, thereby reducing waste and maximising return on investment.

“We’re proud of this latest innovation, which proves that it doesn’t have to cost a fortune to ensure your space is visually impactful.”

In line with Leach’s eco stance – which has recently been recognised when the company became a ‘Green Company of the Year’ finalist at the Digital Printer Awards – the product uses energy-efficient LEDs and a flexible lightsheet, enabling the components to be rolled up and transported easily, reducing carbon footprint.
