A specialist recruitment consultancy offering a range of construction, engineering & property roles has agreed to a lease agreement in a former mill in Leeds.
MCG Construction has taken a three-year lease at Marshall’s Mill, moving into 618 sq. ft. of office space on the first floor within the Grade II listed building, situated on the South Bank of Leeds.
The Mill, originally built by industrialist and MP John Marshall, is based at the heart of a dynamic and creative community. The area is home to restored historic mill spaces, flexible, contemporary interiors and a digital infrastructure that offers creative office space, living spaces, bars & eateries. It is home to a range of digital and creative businesses such as Welcome to Yorkshire, Flashtalking, Bolser and Limehouse Films.

The location of the Mill is perfect for the construction specialists, located in the centre of several landmark construction projects in Leeds as the city continues to expand. This includes one of the most extensive regeneration and growth initiatives in the country, The South Bank. In addition, having visited many events at Marshall’s Mill previously, the Northern Regional Manager has returned for the fun, vibrant atmosphere he’d once enjoyed.
