Technical recruitment company NRL Limited will work with ENGIE to deliver the 2020 outage programme at Heysham Power Station.

ENGIE is a leading energy and services company focused on three key activities: production and supply of energy, services and regeneration. ENGIE provide facilities management services to Heysham Power Station.

Having previously worked with ENGIE for more than 6 years delivering temporary labour provisions on-site, NRL’s Heysham recruitment team will undertake a locally sourced labour solution with work on site commencing from January 2020 and expected to last 6 months.

Discussing the outage programme, Gareth Manning, Site General Manager at ENGIE said, “We’re delighted to award the labour provision to NRL for the outage programme at Heysham power stations having seen first-hand their nuclear industry knowledge and compliance expertise.

“As a local business, they share our commitment to engage locally skilled workers.”

To onboard workers, open days will take place throughout the summer at the local Job Centre and at NRL’s Heysham branch office.
