Luxury North West property developer Altin Homes is predicting strong growth in 2018 with a number of exciting projects underway and more in the pipeline.
The Altrincham-based firm is nearing completion of The Place, its 24-property development in Sale, and is awaiting planning permission for a six-home project in Holmes Chapel.
It also has further land applications pending, and will this summer see the conclusion of one of its biggest projects to date – a £5m ‘super home’ in Hale.
The five-bedroom mansion at No. 1 Hilltop will include a top-floor swimming pool that runs the length of the house, with a spa, sauna, steam room and wall-of-water shower.
It will be one of only a handful of residential homes with elevated pools in the country, and it has been designed and built by Macclesfield-based Portrait Pools.
The 9,000 sq ft property will also have secure underground parking, a wine cellar, home cinema, designer kitchen, five bathrooms and a lift.
The super-home is very much a North West production having been designed by Calderpeel, with landscape design by Barnes Walker.
According to Calderpeel, the property has been designed to ‘blend seamlessly’ into its surroundings, with an ‘elegant blend of traditional and contemporary detailing’.
Mohammed Khoy, managing director at Altin Homes, said: “We had a fantastic year in 2017, including winning two WhatHouse? awards for our Sale development and we fully intend to build on that success this year.
“We’re very excited about the completion of No. 1 Hilltop, which is going to be an absolutely stunning property at one of the most exclusive addresses in the country.”
It will be the third home the developer has created on Hilltop, and Mr Khoy says it ‘surpasses anything we have built in the past’.
The Place is part of Altin’s ‘Bijou Collection’ of smaller homes built in its signature style with the architectural design and high-end features used in its mansions.
It has proved a popular option – the final phase was released just weeks ago, and already only one property is left on the market.
