Leeds-based housebuilder Erris Homes has strengthened its sales team with the appointment of a new Sales Manager.
Nick Ollis, from York, brings seven years of experience within the Yorkshire housebuilding sector to his new position. He will be responsible for managing Erris Homes’ existing sites in Sheffield and Huddersfield where its brand-new Rosemeade development extends to 39 family homes, making it the company’s largest scheme to date.
Meanwhile, Nick will also have responsibility for two forthcoming developments in Sheffield which follow the overwhelming success of its Orchard Croft scheme in High Green.
Commenting on his new position, Nick said: “I am very excited to be joining the company at a time when it is undergoing steady growth and has recently embarked on its most ambitious scheme yet.
“In addition to continuing the wonderful work of the existing sales team I look forward to using my knowledge and experience of the industry to drive sales and help Erris Homes achieve its target of building and selling 100 units per year by 2022.”
